Troconis was seen arriving at the law office of Richard Weinstein's West Hartford office early Wednesday, Sept. 25, for a deposition in which the lawyer will attempt to find out what she knows about the finances of Dulos' business, the Fore Group.

Weinstein, who represents Jennifer Dulos’ mother, Gloria Farber,  has sued Fotis Dulos for $2.5 million in what she claims are unpaid loans made to his company.

Fotis Dulos' attorney in the lawsuit, William Murray, has said the money was a gift are there is no paperwork requiring repayment of the money.

Jennifer Dulos has been missing since Friday, May 24 after dropping off her children at school in New Canaan. She has not been seen since.

Troconis and Fotis Dolus have each been arrested twice on charges of tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution in the May 24 disappearance of the New Canaan mother. They are each free on bond.
